For larger matters, staged payments may be available.

Outstanding invoices may result in work being suspended until payment has been received.

Third-party costs, court fees, government fees and external professional fees remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

To enable us to provide an effective service, clients agree to:

• Supply requested documentation promptly.
• Inform us of any material changes.
• Respond within agreed timescales.
• Comply with payment terms.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the advice or services that can be provided.

4. Intellectual property in all templates, reports, legal research, documentation and written materials remains the property of Stetson Legal Solutions UK unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Completion times are estimates only and may be affected by third-party organisations, courts, government departments or circumstances beyond our control.
6. We do not guarantee the outcome of any legal matter, tribunal, court proceedings, regulatory investigation or administrative process.
7. Clients remain responsible for all information supplied to us and for ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
8. Our liability shall be limited to the scope of the agreed engagement and applicable law.
9. Any complaints should be submitted through our formal complaints procedure. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly, fairly and professionally.
10. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
