This regulation aims to ensure that individuals receiving care through STETSON EQUALITY CARE receive treatment that is specifically tailored to their needs. It outlines the process that we must take to provide appropriate, person-centred care and treatment based on an assessment of each person's unique needs and preferences. 

STETSON will collaborate with vulnerable adults, making reasonable adjustments and providing support to help them understand their care and treatment options. This support will enable them to make informed decisions, including determining how much they wish to manage these options themselves.
