Dedicated Care Manager: A care manager will oversee your care plan and ensure everything runs smoothly. 24/7 On-Call Support: An on-call manager is available around the clock for any urgent needs. Consistent Care Team: Enjoy the continuity of care from a team of regular carers you trust and feel comfortable with. Overnight Support: Rest easy with the option of overnight care for added peace of mind. Carer Travel: We cover the cost of travel for your carer to and from your home. We understand that discussing care options can be difficult, but we’re here to help. When you’re ready to talk about your loved one’s needs, we’re ready to listen. There’s no charge for an initial care assessment, and you won’t pay a penny in VAT on care costs. Hourly Care Costs: We offer flexible care options to suit different needs. Some may require comprehensive support, while others might just need a friendly face for a few hours to help with household tasks, appointments, medication management, and companionship. Weekday Rates: Basic - £25 per hour Weekend Rates: Basic - £28.50 per hour We understand the importance of building a strong bond between your relative and their carer, so we make sure to assign a dedicated carer who they can really get to know. Making that first call can be challenging, but there’s absolutely no obligation. We’re more than happy to explore the options with you so that you can make the best decision for your family.
